Modern and Scalable Production Infrastructure
Located in the Diem Thuy Industrial Park, Thai Nguyen, Thai Hoa Gloves’ manufacturing plant spans an area of 3 hectares and is equipped with advanced technology imported from Malaysia. This provides a solid foundation for stable production capacity and consistent product quality. With an impressive designed capacity of up to 500 million pairs of gloves annually, we are confident in our ability to fulfill large orders and meet the growing demands of both domestic and international markets.

Closed Production Process and Strict Quality Control
At Thai Hoa Gloves, product quality is always our top priority. We have established a closed production process, from the selection of raw materials to the packaging of finished products, with every step being closely monitored according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
- Selection of Quality Materials: We only use premium nitrile materials, carefully selected from reputable suppliers. Specifically, the materials are rigorously tested for purity, ion content, Non-Volatile Residue (NVR), and particle count, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements of cleanroom environments.
- Automated Production Line: Our modern, highly automated machinery system helps optimize performance, minimize errors, and ensure consistent product quality across each batch. Processes such as mold dipping, curing, washing, drying, and packaging are carried out accurately and efficiently.
- Multi-layer Quality Control: We apply a strict quality control process across multiple stages:
- Incoming Material Inspection (IQC): Ensures that materials meet standards before entering production.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Monitors and controls quality at each stage of production to detect and address issues promptly.
- Finished Product Quality Control (FQC): A comprehensive evaluation of technical parameters such as size, thickness, tensile strength, elongation, chemical resistance, and especially particle content according to various cleanroom standards (Class 100, Class 1000…).
- Pre-Shipment Inspection (OQC): Ensures the product meets all requirements before it reaches the customer.
