Raw Material Handling Workshop
Raw materials and additives are mixed according to standardized formulas to create a homogeneous liquid mixture.
Glove Forming Workshop
The molds are dipped into tanks containing the liquid material mixture. The dipping process is tightly controlled.
Post-Vulcanization Processing Workshop
Gloves are thoroughly washed to remove residual impurities after vulcanization, ensuring the elimination of dust particles and ions.
Packaging Department
Standard-compliant gloves are packed in a cleanroom environment and vacuum-sealed.
